Human Resources System

The HR System requires the Sigma Payroll to be in use.

The existing Sigma Payroll module contains many of the fields that are required to build a complete HR System. Some of the information is automatically displayed from the payroll System.. The Payroll data can only be viewed by the user whereas the HR data can be viewed and maintained.

In addition to the above information the user is able view some basic Payroll data, which includes :-

  • Pension details
  • Bank details
  • Address etc

The HR History function allows you to save HR details for employees that have left during the year and to subsequently view this information for specific tax years and employees.

A number of sections such as Discipline/Performance and Accidents allow a direct link to a scanned document or word document.

Also using the standard sigma feature of Smartview Any number of document or scan links can be made to the employee's record.

A full set of reports and enquiries are available using the standard sigma feature Smartvision.
